Hotel procurement managers needed a streamlined digital alternative to cumbersome offline PDF catalogs. They required a fast, intuitive system to filter thousands of hospitality items (linens, tableware, amenities) and build custom bulk quotation RFQs instantly without complex multi-step checkout barriers.
The Engineering Solution
Architected a custom web application using Angular on the frontend and Python for the quotation backend. Implemented high-speed search, dynamic category filtering, and an automated inquiry routing system that sends requests directly to the commercial sales team via email and WhatsApp endpoints.
