Frequently Asked Questions
Direct answers regarding project pricing, technical workflows, deliverables, ownership, and maintenance.
How much does a website project cost?
Website costs depend directly on technical scope, architecture, and required integrations. A focused business landing page or portfolio typically ranges from $500 to $1,500 (approx. ₹30,000 to ₹80,000), while custom Next.js web applications, complex multi-vendor e-commerce platforms, or bespoke quotation systems range from $1,500 to $4,000+. Every project is priced with a transparent, fixed quote based on documented deliverables.
What information do you need before starting?
To start efficiently, I need: (1) your business goals and primary conversion action (e.g. lead inquiries, direct checkout, or quote requests), (2) brand assets such as logos, color schemes, and photography if available, (3) required functionality and third-party integrations (CRM, payment gateways, WhatsApp), and (4) reference websites or competitors you admire.
How long does a typical project take?
A standard business website or e-commerce store typically takes between 2 to 4 weeks from discovery to live deployment. Complex custom web applications or large-scale catalog migrations take 4 to 8 weeks. I work with defined weekly milestones so you have full visibility into progress throughout.
Who owns the website and code after delivery?
You own 100% of the website, source code, designs, and domain assets upon final milestone payment. All repositories, hosting configurations, CMS administrative credentials, and API access keys are handed over completely to you.
Do you provide web hosting and domain setup?
I help clients select and configure the best hosting environment for their stack (Vercel, Firebase, AWS, or high-speed VPS for WordPress/WooCommerce) under their own accounts so they maintain full control and avoid vendor lock-in. I handle the technical DNS, SSL, and server optimization as part of deployment.
Do you provide ongoing website maintenance and support?
Yes. I offer ongoing technical maintenance packages covering software and plugin updates, security monitoring, regular off-site backups, Core Web Vitals performance tuning, and technical troubleshooting to keep your site fast and secure.
Can you work on or improve an existing website?
Yes. I frequently audit, optimize, and rescue existing websites. This includes fixing slow load speeds, refactoring messy code, resolving malware or SEO spam infections, optimizing mobile UX, and integrating new payment or tracking gateways.
How do revisions work during the project?
Every project includes structured revision rounds at the wireframe/design stage and the staging deployment stage. Clear, consolidated feedback ensures that adjustments are made swiftly without derailing project timelines.
What happens if the project scope changes mid-way?
If you need additional features or pages not covered in the original project agreement, I provide a clear addendum outlining the additional timeline and cost for your approval before proceeding. There are no surprise invoices.
How do you measure SEO and marketing results?
Results are measured against real business outcomes rather than vanity metrics. We track Google Search Console organic impressions and clicks, keyword rankings for high-intent queries, conversion events (leads submitted, phone calls, checkouts), and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) on paid ad campaigns.
Can I see examples of your previous client work?
Yes. You can explore detailed case studies with technical breakdowns and verified results in the Projects section (e.g. Marhaba Hospitality in Dubai, Reshmi Happy Home, MicrobotIT, and the Appletlogic 1M+ spam malware recovery).
Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)?
Yes. I am happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before reviewing proprietary business data, trade secrets, unreleased products, or custom software specifications.
What happens after I reach out via the contact form or WhatsApp?
I review your requirements and respond within 24 hours (usually within a few hours on business days). We will schedule a brief discovery call or exchange project details, after which I provide a clear scope of work, timeline estimate, and pricing proposal.
